Learning pathways to become a pediatric oncology nurse

At the Máxima Center, nurses specialize in pediatric oncology to become pediatric oncology nurses. During these pathways, you work closely with children and families, learn specialized care techniques, and develop both professionally and personally.

Our programs use EPAs, Entrustable Professional Activities. This means you take ownership of your learning process, maintain your portfolio, and gradually work more independently. In this way, you build a strong foundation for a full role within the team while directly contributing to excellent care and groundbreaking research.

We offer unique learning pathways. Depending on your background, you can enter as a nurse, a pediatric nurse or oncology nurse.
